Dean Team Volkswagen of Kirkwood is currently seeking New and Pre-Owned Sales Consultants!

• No experience necessary!
• Starting Monthly Salary: $3,000 and up
• Yearly Salary: $60,000 - $200,000
• Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Dean Team Volkswagen is part of the Dean Team Automotive Group. The Dean Team has been family owned and operated for over 40 years in the St. Louis area. We are currently looking for experienced sales consultants who are driven, dedicated individuals that are excited at the opportunity to join a successful team, and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built.

We carry a wide variety of pre-owned inventory with access to nearly 1,000 units in our network!!!

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Dean Team selling process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing
• Answer inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries
• Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
• Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot
• Attend sales & product knowledge meetings
• Great customer service skills
• Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, Outlook, CRM, Eleads)
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
